Boundaries

Invariant Systems is diagnostic-only. Our output is a regime classification and a boundary map of safe inference. If an engagement requires optimisation, internals, or prediction, it is declined.

We do

Classify behavioural regimes from behavioural evidence
Identify invalid assumptions and where evaluation becomes unreliable
Specify what cannot be inferred under current system–environment coupling
Run bounded engagements with clear entry/exit

We do not

No optimisation (no tuning, no prompts, no parameter advice)
No consulting disguised as diagnosis
No model inspection (no internals, code, weights, training data)
No prediction of outcomes or performance
No compliance audit or certification activity

If you want “how to fix it”, we can still be useful by telling you which fixes are structurally impossible under current coupling, and which assumptions you must stop relying on.
