Eligibility check
How to engage
The first step is an eligibility check. If eligible, we proceed to the SSDA with a bounded evidence intake.
If not, we will decline quickly and clearly.
Five eligibility questions
- Can you provide behavioural evidence (A–D)? Decision traces, outcomes/feedback, change logs, and lightweight context.
- Are you seeking a diagnosis, not a fix? The output is regime classification and boundaries, not optimisation.
- Can the engagement stay bounded? Short, contained scope with a clear exit.
- Is “no internals” acceptable? We do not require source code, training data, or model internals.
- Are you willing to accept a “cannot be made reliable” outcome? Sometimes the correct result is an impossibility boundary under current coupling.
If your request requires optimisation, internals, or prediction,
it will be declined. See Boundaries.
