Eligibility check

How to engage

The first step is an eligibility check. If eligible, we proceed to the SSDA with a bounded evidence intake. If not, we will decline quickly and clearly.

Five eligibility questions

  1. Can you provide behavioural evidence (A–D)? Decision traces, outcomes/feedback, change logs, and lightweight context.
  2. Are you seeking a diagnosis, not a fix? The output is regime classification and boundaries, not optimisation.
  3. Can the engagement stay bounded? Short, contained scope with a clear exit.
  4. Is “no internals” acceptable? We do not require source code, training data, or model internals.
  5. Are you willing to accept an inferential-boundary outcome? Sometimes the correct result is that reliability cannot be validly inferred under current coupling and available behavioural evidence.

If your request requires optimisation, internals, or prediction, it will be declined. See Boundaries.
