This notice applies to the public website of Invariant Systems. In formal legal and privacy contexts, the relevant business identity is Invariant Systems Research and Analysis.

If you email us, we will receive the information you choose to send. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry, assess whether a bounded diagnostic engagement is appropriate, and communicate with you if an engagement is agreed.

• How we use it: enquiry handling, eligibility assessment, engagement communication, and delivery of agreed diagnostic outputs.
• What we avoid requesting: model internals, source code, training data, or other material not needed for a behavioural diagnostic.
• Retention: we retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle enquiries, manage an engagement, and keep basic records.

For formal engagements, a separate written agreement may define confidentiality, data handling, and retention in more specific terms.

• Diagnostic-only posture: services are limited to structural diagnosis, regime classification, and boundary identification. They do not include optimisation, implementation, or prediction.
• Evidence and scope: any diagnostic output depends on the evidence made available and the scope agreed for the engagement.
• Signed agreements govern: if a formal engagement is entered into, the signed agreement will govern to the extent it differs from this page.
• Jurisdiction: England & Wales, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
